ToekomstAtelierDelAvenir (TADA) is a non-profit organization that involves citizens and businesses in the empowerment of youngsters with socio-economically vulnerable backgrounds.
In our 5 weekend schools, every Saturday of the school year, we inspire over 800 youngsters aged 10-14 through interactive workshops across a wide range of professional sectors, led by passionate volunteers. After a three-year journey, these teenagers become alumni, a network that now counts over 1,700 youngsters. TADA continues to support them through access to mentors, meeting places, inspiring activities, and opportunities for student jobs and internships. Through our programme in the schools, students from 3 schools in vulnerable neighbourhoods participate in monthly interactive workshops led by volunteers from local organizations.
TADA's mission? A more inclusive society and equal opportunities for all. Starting with our own team, where you are welcome regardless of gender, age, orientation, origin, or ethnicity.

You oversee our fundraising policy implementation, optimize processes, and serve as the main point of contact for fundraising toward partners in the public and social sectors:
1. Strategy, KPI Management & Reporting
- Policy setting: you define annual KPIs and the action plan for this domain in consultation with the Fundraising Lead.
- KPI Tracking & Analysis: you monitor progress via digital dashboards. You analyze results and adjust the team's course as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Reporting: you report on the status of proposals during fundraising management meetings and to the Fundraising Lead. You ensure a clear flow of information to the wider fundraising team.
2. Coordination & Grant Management
- Pipeline Management: you maintain a helicopter view of the planning for all ongoing applications and reports. You assign dossiers to coordinators based on capacity and expertise.
- Quality Control: you act as final editor and strategic sounding board. You review texts for content sharpness, scope, and alignment with donor requirements.
- Support during peak periods: you are an experienced writer who, if workload or project complexity demands it, steps in to write and ensure the highest quality.
3. Team Leadership & Coaching
- Team Management: you create an inspiring team dynamic and provide your coordinators with a clear framework to excel.
- Coaching: you actively coach the team on writing style, project management, and strategic interpretation of project calls. You elevate their professional skills to the next level.
4. Prospecting & Network Management
- Identifying Opportunities: you scan the market for new subsidies and foundations. You determine which calls are strategically interesting for TADA and include them in the planning.
- Account Management: you manage relationships with key partners in this domain and ensure TADA remains top-of-mind for relevant institutional parties.
5. Internal Connection & Process Optimization
- Impact Translation & Connection with Operations: you bridge the gap between our locations and the pedagogical team to gather the necessary input and success stories for your proposals.
- Efficiency Gains: you analyze internal operations and implement improvements (such as automation or reusing best practices) to maximize the team's output.
