Role Overview:

Curious about how a non-profit organization raises the resources to achieve its social impact? Join our fundraising team for a learning-rich and meaningful experience.

As a Fundraising Assistant Intern, you will contribute to securing funds and showcasing our impact to partners and donors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Maintain databases and records of donors.
  • Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions with the fundraising team.
  • Assist in creating fundraising materials, such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
  • Support the planning and coordination of meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Provide administrative support to the fundraising team.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g., Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Non-profit Management).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and/or French, with a good understanding of English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Passionate about social causes and making a difference.
